Our mini-sessions are crafted for professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives who want more than just a headshot. These sessions are a quick but powerful way to elevate your brand with high-quality, story-driven photos that feel authentic, modern, and uniquely you! Whether you're a real estate agent, interior designer, home baker, author, therapist, fitness coach, finance educator, creative business owner, the list is endless! This is your moment to capture images that don’t just look good, but say something about who you are and what you do. And the best part? We’ve made the process seamless. You’ll be guided through every step from prep to posing so you walk away with confidence and a curated gallery of images that truly reflect your brand. What’s Included: - Studio space included + grey backdrop - 1-2 people per session - A 30-minute guided session in a beautiful studio in Mississauga - 2 outfit changes - Clear, strategic posing & direction - 1:1 virtual consultation to prep your session, brand, and visual story - 20 edited images (10 high-end retouches + 10 basic edits) - A private gallery to view, share, and download your final photos - Image delivery within 10 business days after your selection We’ve been working behind the scenes to create an experience that’s thoughtful, empowering, and completely you. Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to book. If a client cancels, less than 5 days before their session, they forfeit their deposit. Clients can reschedule to another date, but will lose the benefits of a mini-session. Instead, the deposit will be applied to our regular photo session packages. Payment Policy: The balance payment is due on the day of the photo session. Clients can send an e-transfer to info@bluecloudsphotos.com or make a payment via the invoice Session Details: Clients agree to arrive no later than 10 minutes before the photo session fully dressed. Any delays by the client after the scheduled start time will count towards the session time and will not be granted extra time. 2 person sessions are strictly for business partners. They are not to be used for persons who have no business affiliation with each other. To be compliant with the studio spaces, policy on capacity, clients will not be allowed to bring in any guests. Image Delivery: Clients can opt to select their photos in person, right after their session or virtually. All deliverables will be made available via a private online gallery within 10 business days from photo selections. Image Usage: Images can be used by clients for personal use. Commercial use will require a commercial license / release from BlueClouds Photos. Copyright: BlueClouds Photos owns the copyright according to the Copyright Act. Under S. 10(2) of the Act, the owner of the “initial negative or plate” at the time the photograph was “made” is the author. The “making” of the initial negative or plate refers to the exposure of the film by clicking the camera’s shutter. Liability and Release: Clients consent that any media taken during their photo session can be used for promotion and marketing purposes. If a client wishes to opt out, they should notify the photographer before the session begins. Editing and Retouching: Clients understand that they will receive 20 final edits: 10 High-End edits (which include skin and hair retouching, blemish removal, eyes and teeth whitening, colour correction, colour grading, cropping, etc.) and 10 Basic Edits (colour correction, colour grading, and cropping). BlueClouds Photos does not deliver RAW photos.
